We offer Australia-wide postage and tracked International Shipping to many countries, including the UK, the USA, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand.

For Australian customers, flat-rate postage starts at $9.95+ AUD and combined shipping for multiple products is available (pricing based on package size). For custom orders shipping rates start at $15.95+ AUD and these items are shipped directly from USA. The lowest available rate will apply in checkout. (For large packages or bulky items that are custom made, there may be a postage rate of $19.95 up to $69.95+ AUD, and these prices are set by our US manufacturer).

For International customers, all items are sent by tracked postage and the lowest available shipping rate will apply at checkout. Combined postage rates for multiple items will apply automatically at checkout. Prices are determined by the rates from our trusted shipping providers and our manufacturer in the USA.
International customers are responsible for any tax or duty on arrival of your items through customs, if applicable.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
  • We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping as part of our quality assurance procedures, to ensure our customers are satisfied.
  • Faulty or defective items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition that you received it, and in all its original packaging.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must also be confirmed to be faulty or defective on inspection upon return to the sender, and the item must not have been damaged after delivery.
  • In some circumstances, we can offer you an item replacement, exchange or store credit upon item return. Please indicate this when you request your return so it can be processed accordingly.
  • Please note that returns or refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases, including but not limited to variations in color or shade or personal preference.
  • Any items or original packaging that show signs of wear, use or damage will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including any personalised goods, any swimwear, clearance sale items or perishable items.
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is faulty, please provide evidence and indicate whether you would like a replacement item, or a refund.
  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item for a refund of the cost of purchase of the item, or a replacement, if eligible. Items for return must be carefully packaged in all original packaging.
Refunds
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • The original and return shipping costs are only refundable for items that are confirmed to be faulty or defective on inspection upon return.
Return Shipping
  • Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for all original and return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or defective.
  • If the item is confirmed to be faulty or defective upon return to the sender, you will receive a refund of the return shipping costs along with your full refund.
  • If an item is confirmed not to be defective or faulty upon return to the sender, the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs will not be refunded and, when applicable, will be deducted from your refund or exchange or store credit if applied.

Exchanges
  • If you would like to exchange your new, unused item for a different size, style or colour, please follow the return process above, stating the reason, and place a new order for the desired item. Please complete this within 7 days of receipt. As above, you will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs for any item exchanges and the item must be new and unused in all original packaging.

Items Damaged in the Post
  • All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping to ensure they arrive safely. Any items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping company. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. 
  • If the product was confirmed to be damaged in the post, it may be eligible for cover by the shipping provider. We will assist you to seek a full refund or item replacement from the shipping company whom damaged the item. You will need to include photos of the damaged item and the damaged packaging to process your claim.
